These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the apps published by STZR Labs — SnookerSync and MealPlanPartner (together, the "Apps") — and this website. By using the Apps or this website, you agree to these Terms.

Who we are

STZR Labs is an independent app studio based in the United Kingdom, operating as the publisher of the Apps.

Using the Apps

You may use the Apps only for their intended purpose — recording and tracking snooker matches and practice (SnookerSync) or planning meals, recipes and shopping lists (MealPlanPartner). You're responsible for the accuracy of any information you enter, and for keeping your account access secure.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Apps for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that infringes anyone else's rights.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to the Apps or the systems behind them.
• Use automated means to scrape or extract data from the Apps beyond your own account's data.

Your content

You retain ownership of the data and content you create in the Apps (match records, statistics, meal plans, recipes, and similar). You grant us a limited licence to store, process and display that content back to you as part of providing the Apps.

Intellectual property

The Apps, this website, and their underlying software, design and branding are owned by STZR Labs. Nothing in these Terms transfers any of that intellectual property to you.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep the Apps reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. We may update, change or discontinue features of the Apps from time to time.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Apps are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, STZR Labs is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the Apps. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Termination

You may stop using the Apps and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date above when we do. Continued use of the Apps after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles.
